Payment Options
We accept debit cards and all major credit cards :
Switch, Visa, Mastercard, American Express
International Orders
We can only accept payment by credit card for International orders. Import duties may apply on receipt of the parcel and we have no control over this. VAT at 17.5% will be deducted at the time of order for those residing in countries outside the EU.
For customers in the U.S.A. we will post the items, airsure, which uses a tracking system or International signed for which requires a signature at the delivery address.
Returns
If for any reason you wish to return your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund or an exchange as long as this is requested within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Goods must be returned to the artist in perfect condition and accompanied by the delivery note.
Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer's expense and we recommend registered post as we will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Postage will be refunded only if goods are faulty or an error has been made on our part.
Shipping Costs
Shipping cost is based on the total value of the order, however some products may have free shipping and some large or awkward items may incur a surcharge - these will me marked accordingly.
