Horse Ploughing, Mossgeil

The Clydesdale horses named Lewis and Harris, plough furrows in a field at Mossgiel Farm, Ayrshire as ploughmen and their horses participate in the 2009 Burns' Horse Ploughing Competition.
Mossgiel Farm, Mauchline was home to Robert Burns, known as the Ploughman Poet, from 1782 to 1784, and here he wrote most of his best poetry, including 'To a Mouse'.
